We make over 40,000 jars of jam/year by hand. Come see! Visitors are welcome May - October.
Nellieville includes a Old West-style jailhouse, saloon, sheriff's office and fortune teller! Blues music drifts out of a tiny juke joint with a checkerboard on the front porch where you are welcome to stop awhile and play a game. A castle with wizard's tower takes you into the canopy of the forest. Enjoy a self-guided tour of this eclectic place that Peter Beerits has concocted over twenty+ years. Our curated shop features gourmet food, housewares, gifts and the unusual, made by Maine artisans - including the 15 different flavors of jams, jellies and chutneys made onsite in the Jelly Kitchen.
