Special events like Parade of sail, Great Schooner Race, and Fireworks sails are scheduled throughout the summer. Private sails, custom charters, lunch and dinner sails also available for groups up to 30.
Schooner HERON is family built, owned and operated and is fast becoming a legend. Since her launch in 2003, she has sailed over 100,000 nautical miles and carried more than 35,000 guests. She was featured in the movie, “The Rum Diary,” starring Johnny Depp.
During the summer season Schooner HERON sails Maine Coast’s Penobscot Bay from June to mid October, offering daily sailing adventures from Mid-coast Maine’s best kept secret, Rockport Harbor. When exploring the Camden Rockland area, put Schooner Heron on your list of must do day trips.
