Your privacy is important to the Maine Office of Tourism (MOT). We treat your information with care.
This Privacy Statement shows you how we handle personally-identifiable information – the kind of personal information you share with us through our digital and printed communication – and non-personally-identifiable information that we may automatically collect.

Personally-identifiable information
When you use our Website (VisitMaine.com), digital newsletters and other forms of on-line communications, we may ask you for Personally-Identifiable, or personal, Information, which is information, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. It is MOT’s policy to treat that personally-identifiable information as strictly confidential. MOT will not sell or give that personally-identifiable information to third parties. Those organizations will then provide you with additional travel information.
