If you can’t decide on a shop to visit or are craving more fiber-filled fun, join Maine’s Yarn Cruise! While not an actual boat cruise, this event is more like a summer and early fall “yarn crawl,” offering the chance to explore a variety of participating shops. Each shop rewards you with monthly prizes and a grand prize drawing. Don’t miss it!
Maine Fiberarts
This Maine nonprofit is dedicated to those who celebrate Maine’s fiber art, farms, producers, makers and shoppers. Becoming a member allows you to connect with other artists, businesses and enthusiasts, and stay in-the-know about all the latest local fiber arts events. Their Topsham location includes a gallery with rotating exhibits.
